He is the Potter, We are the Clay

Do you remember that He is the Potter and you are that clay on the potter’s wheel? God is busy at work in our lives to fashion us into His purpose and sovereign plan. We have to stay pliable, adaptable, soft and ready to bend according to His skillful fashioning. The lesser we murmur and complain, and the more we can trust Him to do (even when the fire gets hotter!) – the quicker He can complete His work over our lives. Remember that the Potter will not abandon His unfinished work, He is at His position and He is working on us.

Be convinced today that You are His masterpiece. You are in good hands! There are things you cannot work it out yourself. Allow Him to do that masterly. You are in the making of something beautiful and a vision bigger than you thought. I don’t think anyone can fully imagine that. The enemy is simply afraid of what you can be once God is at work in your life.

So stay on that wheel patiently and allow the Potter to finish the process. The world is waiting to see YOU shine – God’s masterpiece!

(Jeremiah 18: 3-6)
Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make. Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: “O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?” says the Lord. “Look, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel!

(Isaiah 64:8)
But now, O Lord, You are our Father; We are the clay, and You our potter; And all we are the work of Your hand.
